• Resume Content: When you upload or paste your resume, the text content is sent to our secure servers for AI-powered analysis. We do not permanently store your resume content on our servers. Resume data is processed in real-time and discarded after the analysis is complete.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics such as feature usage frequency, session duration, and crash reports to improve the App experience. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Subscription Data: If you subscribe to our premium plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details.
• Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and support purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide ATS analysis, scoring, and suggestions for your resume
• To power AI-driven resume improvements and job matching features
• To improve and optimize the App's features and performance
• To provide customer support when requested
• To send important notices about the App (e.g., updates, security alerts)

4. AI Processing

Your resume text is processed using third-party AI services (OpenAI) through our secure backend server. The AI processes your resume to generate scores, identify issues, and provide improvement suggestions. Your resume content is sent via encrypted HTTPS connections and is not used to train AI models. The data is processed in real-time and is not retained after the analysis session.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI: For AI-powered resume analysis (processes resume text, does not store it)
• RevenueCat: For subscription management (processes only subscription-related data)
• Apple App Store: For payment processing

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• No permanent storage of resume content on our servers
• Secure API authentication between our app and backend services
• Regular security audits and updates

7. Data Retention

• Resume content is processed in real-time and not permanently stored
• Anonymous usage analytics may be retained for up to 12 months
• Subscription data is managed by Apple and RevenueCat according to their respective privacy policies
