Wheeky Brand ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use our app, Wheeky Health.

By using Wheeky Health, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the app's core features:

a. Photo Data

When you use the camera scanning feature, images of your guinea pig are securely transmitted to our servers for AI-powered health analysis. These photos are held only temporarily while your assessment report is generated and are not permanently stored on our servers after processing is complete.

We do not manually review your photos, and we do not use them for advertising or unrelated purposes.

b. Usage Data

We track the number of scans and chat consultations you make to enforce monthly free usage limits and ensure fair access to the service. This usage data is stored locally on your device and may sync through secure iCloud and Keychain systems tied to your Apple ID.

Usage data does not include your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information.

c. Purchase Information

If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, all payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit 2. We do not collect, process, or store your billing details, credit card numbers, or other payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above solely to:

• Provide and maintain Wheeky Health, including analyzing scans and delivering guidance through the Dr. Pigsworth chat feature.
• Generate AI-based health assessment reports from your submitted photos.
• Enforce monthly usage limits and detect misuse of the service.
• Manage subscription entitlements and premium feature access.
• Improve app reliability, performance, and user experience.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Limited sharing occurs only when necessary to operate the app:

• Our Server API (Vercel): Photo data is sent to our securely hosted backend to coordinate analysis and return your health assessment report.
• OpenAI: Image data may be processed by OpenAI solely to generate the health assessment. No identifying personal information is transmitted to these services.
• Apple: For in-app purchases, subscriptions, and app distribution through the App Store.

Each third-party service receives only the data required to perform its specific function. We require that processing partners handle data securely and only for the purposes described in this policy.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Server-side photos: Images submitted for scanning are processed temporarily and are not permanently retained on our servers once your report is generated.
• Local data: Scan history, usage counts, and app preferences may remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
• iCloud / Keychain sync: If enabled on your device, usage-related data may sync through Apple's standard iCloud and Keychain mechanisms, subject to Apple's privacy and security policies.

5. Security of Your Information

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted HTTPS transmission, to help safeguard your information during processing and delivery of our services.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You have the following choices regarding your data:

• Camera access: You can revoke camera permission at any time in your device settings.
• Local data: You can delete scan history and related app data from within the app where available.
• Full removal: Uninstalling Wheeky Health removes locally stored app data from your device.
• Subscriptions: Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Wheeky Health is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
