• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about app usage patterns to improve our services.

We do not collect passwords, payment card details, or any financial account information.

3. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage mechanisms. We prioritize keeping your information on-device to ensure maximum privacy and security.

• Local Storage: All invoice data, client information, and business details are stored directly on your device.
• iCloud Backup: If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your app data may be included in your device backup as per Apple's standard backup procedures.
• No Third-Party Servers: We do not transmit your personal business data, client information, or invoice content to any external servers.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:

• To generate and display invoices within the app.
• To populate your business information on PDF invoices.
• To auto-fill client details for faster invoice creation.
• To calculate invoice totals, taxes, and payment summaries.
• To improve app functionality and user experience through anonymous usage analytics.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Your data may only be shared in the following circumstances:

• When You Share: When you explicitly choose to export or share a PDF invoice via email, messaging, or other sharing methods.

• With Your Consent: In any other circumstance, only with your explicit permission.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Invoice offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store.

• All payment processing is handled securely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
• Subscription management, billing, and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings.
• For subscription terms, please refer to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: View all your data directly within the app at any time.
• Modification: Edit or update any business or client information within the app.
• Deletion: Delete any invoice, client, or business information from the app. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
• Portability: Export your invoices as PDF documents for your records.

8. Children's Privacy

Invoice is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
